  6. Have you ever find that you have to tune the contrast of your Newton MP a couple
  7. of times every day? Have you ever feel tired to adjust the contrast when you
  8. walk into an air-conditioned room from a hot place, or walk into a warm room
  9. from the cool environment? AutoContrast can help you!!
  10.  
  11. AutoContrast is a package that will learn your contrast settings in different
  12. ambient temperatures, so that it will automatically adjust the contrast when
  13. the ambient temperature changes. Therefore no more adjustments needed when
  14. you travel from a warm place to a cool place or from a cool place to a warm
  15. place.

  21.    - Contrast adjustment done in background and during power on.

  29.    - IMPORTANT!! Open extra drawer, set a suitable contrast by sliding the
  30.      contrast bar, and tap the "Contrast" to set the centering position of
  31.      contrast slider.
  32.    - Check the lower and upper limit of the contrast slider to see if the screen
  33.      will become too dark or too light to see anything. Note that AutoContrast
  34.      will only operate within this range.
  35.    - Open the preference roll and select "AutoContrast".
  36.    - Adjust the contrast using the slider or the arrow buttons so that the icon
  37.      appears to be a square an tap the "Add Point" button to add a point.
  38.    - After adding a few different points pairs of temperatures and contrasts in 
  39.      different situation, AutoContrast can give a comfortable contrast in
  40.      different temperatures.
